Beautiful apartment located in Old Town. About a 20 minute walk to campus. Very new building with an amazing front desk staff. Building filled with a mix of college students and working professionals. Garage parking is an extra $95 a month, but it's really easy to find street parking for free right next to the building! Cat fee is $25 a month, Dog fee is $35 a month. If you don't need/want any of these the only thing you have to pay extra each month for is Electric and that's split between you and the other roommate.
