The monthly rent is $800.00, and a deposit of $700.00 is required. At the time of lease signing, first and last month's rent, along with the deposit, totaling $2300.00, are due. We can hold the unit for up to 2 weeks with the deposit at which time the remainder would be due. If remainder is not paid at that time, or you choose not to move in, deposit would be non-refundable.
