It's 20 min from Pinetop and 50 min from Sunrise Ski Resort. This 3 bed, 2 bath sleeps 8 on premium bedding with 2 kings and 2 bunks. The kitchen is fully stocked with new major appliances. We have a gas fireplace and comfortable seating for 8 in great room and dining area. Lots of kid and baby items are available. Out back, enjoy tall pines, a 400 sf back deck, a grill with gas included, an outdoor dining space for 6-8. Enjoy your morning coffee on our front porch. The space: The driveway is paved and our rental space includes two spots in the garage as well as an electric car plug in port. You can enter through the garage or front door, via a well-lit and paved path. Both entries include three steps up. Inside, the front door gives access to space for sitting and removing shoes + hanging coats, dropping keys. The large open concept space includes a dining room with seating for 8. A kitchen with a large island and three barstools, a great room with TV, fireplace and seating for 8. On the East side of the house you'll find the laundry room with washer and dryer plus farm sink and cabinetry. Next to the large primary room with walk-in closet and attached bath with an enclosed toilet and large shower, plus vanity with two sinks. On the west side you'll find the bunk room which sleeps four, a bathroom with enclosed toilet and a bathtub/ shower. The third bedroom included a king bed and has a slider with deck access. The dining room also gives access to a slider with deck access. On the east side of the deck is a chair swing and two large comfy seats with a view of the tall pines and staircase access to the backyard below. On the west side there is a large deck with dining for 6-8 and couch seating for. 6-8. There is a 7ft staircase off the deck leading to the rest of the backyard. A Zillow application and security deposit will be required as a refundable deposit. There is a nonrefundable $180 cleaning fee. Most pets, smoking/ vaping, subleasing and events are not allowed on the property. A max of 8 guests are allowed on the lease. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. There are four security cameras onsite. Camera feeds may be requested and don't show the inside of the home or dining/ lounging space on the deck. They are solely used to monitor the perimeter of the property. Renters must be respectful to neighbors. Taking out trash on Tuesdays and Recycle on Wednesdays is required, plus returning bins to their original location. Please park in the driveway or one of two included spaces in the garage.
