It even has a decorative fire place. The entrance at the back of the house is shared with the other basement apartment and opens to the house's shared laundry room. It's a corner lot so there's a nice backyard and lots of wildlife, and it's pretty quiet. If you choose to do a month-to-month or less than a year lease, it will be $600 a month. This unit is tiny, so it needs to be a single person renting it, as it would be really tight for two! Prefer to keep it female only due to the nature of the shared space. Also, there is a no pet and no smoking policy. Application requires a $29 non-refundable fee to run a credit and background check.
