Great summer house or live here year round. 2 minutes to Publix and a lot of other restaurants and shopping. Gradual/level path to dock and lake. Endless water - no dry dock. Just an older , smallish lake house. We’ve had tons of fun on the lake but I’m on my seventies now and divorced and ready to pass the fun on to younger folks.
