PLUS high speed google fiber internet, access to Netflix, HBO Go, Prime video. As well as furnishings, bedding and kitchenware. Yard Maintenance also included. IF LEASING FOR A YEAR OR LONGER THEN UTILITIES (water, electricity, gas, trash, recycling, composting) WILL BE EXCLUDED OPTIONALLY EXCLUDED AND RENTAL RATE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY. But we kindly request guests do not wander around the home we live in. Suitable for babies and children. Non ADA accessible entrance, 4 total steps to enter from driveway. Washer & Dryer in home. Parking for 2 cars in drive way and free street parking. Please provide a confirmed phone number, email address, payment information, and agreement to our house rules. Tenant will be required to keep the home clean, undamaged and free from pests due to untidiness. Tenant will be required to bring their own trash bins to the curb on designated Resource Recovery (Trash/ Recycling) days. Last months rent security deposit and non-refundable $350 cleaning deposit.
