There will be no move in until the form of payment clears One small dog and no smokers A credit report will be required and thoroughly reviewed as a critical part of the tenant selection process, so please keep that in mind when applying. Proof of income plus verification of employment. Please state the correct past landlords with all relevant information. More than one prospective tenant in the past has put their buddy or incorrect information. This all will be investigated. I am very prompt in fixing any problems on the house and will not let something wait. Accordingly, I ask that you be on time on the rent.
