    ZILLO'S ESTIMATE IS WAY WRONG! I paid $105,000 extra in comparison to similar sized and similar looking homes at the time in order to have the large 1/3 acre lot. AND IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY in the last 10 years I've lived here so far. No other homes stuck next to my home! This is a ONE OF A KIND corner lot at the end of a cul-de-sac home with what must be the LARGEST LOT in Desert Shores. NO ONE LOOKS DOWN AT ME because of the HUGE 1/3 acre LOT! It looks FABULOUS. You'll not find a prettier one in Desert Shores. 3 large palms stand guard in the front garden. There's a large RV parking area to the left. There's a LARGE STORAGE SHED that looks like the house! White stucco with a red tile roof. Talk about extravagant! I was told it was originally the builder's home so he did it right unlike the other homes here that look nice and are missing things like good insulation and dual pane windows. So it is very energy efficient. I know. I rented a smaller home in Desert Shores that looked good and I was freezing in it plus my heating bills were enormous! It faces NORTH and has dual pane windows throughout plus very good insulation. It has a huge living room with a very high vaulted ceiling. It looks SPECTACULAR! The rooms are large. The LARGE POOL AREA is SPECTACULAR! The pool is surrounded by 7 fully grown spectacular palm trees on one side of it and 5 palm trees behind it and it has large boulders (fake) for a waterfall on the far side. You'll think you're in a Casino pool! The 3 car Garage is FINISHED and HUGE unlike most homes that don't even fit an SUV. It has a central air-conditioning and heater just for the garage! But it's so well insulated you don't need it. I have a very large garden on the west side with mature bushes. Great for kids. I have a large yard on the east side complete with a small basketball court. I have mature trees. 16 Palms, 8 Italian Cypress, 3 Canary Island palms, etc. All worth a fortune. Looking out from the den at the pool a visitor once said 'if I lived here I'd never leave!'. This is not your standard cookie cutter home. This is a custom home. And one of the BEST THINGS is the DOWNSTAIRS MASTER SUITE so no going up and down. There's so much more...
