House sits on a property that is shared by a busy restaurant. Only 2 spaces are reserved for tenants. Whole house was freshly painted with new carpets and padding on the first floor. Grass is cut by the restaurant's landscape company but, the trimming and hedges are the tenant's responsibility as well as snow removal from the porch and steps. Electric range and refrigerator are included, laundry hookups are in place in the basement but, washer and drier are not included. Tenant is responsible for gas (UGI) and electric (PPL), landlord pays for water, sewer and trash. The house only has 1 bathroom so, it's not a very good fit for more than 3 adults or larger families. Also, there isn't much of a yard for relaxing or to play in. I just want to make that clear and be upfront. The property was bought for a parking lot expansion many years ago. * I will schedule tours for anyone that has submitted an application, ONLY. I have had too many no-shows in the past & no one ever seems to show up for open house events. Owner pays for trash, water and sewer. Renter responsible for gas and electric.
