Great house has lots of water damage in the basement and the garage door was broke for awhile now. Upstairs theirs a whole in the wall that needs to be fixed. And the floors also need to be redone. The guy who lives there (John Matson) basically murdered his wife and is a complete jerk, so who knows if these will be fixed. Means a lot of centennial value to the Williams family and who knows if they will ever be able to get it back.
