Very nice, quiet and beautiful place to live on the outskirts of Roanoke, VA. The deposit was $500 when we moved into the apartment. We paid it; and we would just like to have it back when the lease is up. If it is used to fix any damages, that is fine. We need to be out of this apartment Mid November. (Little less than a month). We need someone looking for an apartment to rent at the beginning to mid November. :) We are welcome to listen to your requests.. and try to move out sooner or a few days later if you would need that. About the Apartment; It is a two bedroom, two FULL bathroom Apartment. There is carpet all through out the apartment, except for in the kitchen. We have only been living here since June so everything is very new. We are very neat people and keep the apartment up as much as possible! There is a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, porch, pantry and other appliances. Of course When you come check out the apartment, I will show you absolutely everything :)!! This was just a short over view. Oh; also it is on the bottom floor, so it's very easy to move into! Big plus-We paid the deposit so you do not have to put down a deposit on the apartment.
