Utilities included in rent (water, fiber internet, utilities, HOA, trash pick up). Renter responsible for costs over set utilities which are laid out in the lease. Yard maintenance is done by the neighborhood with the exception of the back yard in which renter is responsible to maintain. There is a lawnmower provided and the area only takes about 15 minutes max to mow. Minimum 90 day stay, 30 day notice required for leaving. Absolutely no smoking inside or out in the back yard. Refundable pet deposit. $300 cleaning fee, non refundable upon check out. (Can be deducted from deposit if that's easier)
