More photos when phone is replaced. Pictures and description are works in process. Storm damage on 8/28. The entire roof of the house was replaced down to the rafters ($25k) and areas on the main barn were repaired. Interior damage to second floor is still being repaired. We are using materials in keeping with the 1903 historic build of the house except for the lathe/plaster. That is being replaced with drywall. Large seven bedroom historic home needs TLC. Two barns, garage, large Morten building, summer kitchen and five grain bins. Original wood floors, doors and trim in the house. Stained glass porch window includes original frame and "bubbled glass" lower window. This is a perfect home for a large family, with plenty of room to spread out. Fenced areas for livestock, barns suitable for a variety of animals and a nice tree row to provide shade, firewood and play areas for children. There are three apple trees, three peach, five grape vines, elderberry bushes and established artichoke patch. Lots of room to expand the garden and orchard. Remodel in 2003 includes a new, partially finished basement with 9 foot walls, three bedrooms, full bath, small living area, huge pantry and "man cave". A 16x22 eat-in kitchen with vaulted ceiling and attached "mudroom" were also added in 2003. This is a lovely home with boundless potential. Beautiful original wood and fixtures keep the historical perspective, yet remodeling gave the home a gorgeous kitchen, huge basement and lots of room to work with.. This home needs some TLC but there aren't many seven bedroom homes available, especially ones nestled on 13 acres surrounded urrounded by mature trees. Sold as is.
