Newly renovated Unfurnished Room 1.) Shared Kitchen and 1.) Shared Bathroom The rental agreement is months to months. The tenants pays for all utilities (including electricity, water, gas, heating and air conditioning). We do the garbage collection twice a week (Wednesday and Sunday). The tenants pay 1 month rent, 1 month Security and 1 broker fees before they get their keys. 2 of the rooms is unfurnished and the second room is empty so they can bring their furniture The tenants will pay $1,300.00 for the unfurnished room and $1,300.00 for the unfurnished room The tenants are asked upfront to maintain their privacy and their rooms as if it's a private spot!
