All utilities and electric included. Free Wi-fI, 1 free parking space. Housekeeping once during the month, you may request more but will be a cleaning fee. The one bedroom apartment has 2 queen size beds and 1 king size. The rent is based off of double occupancy. Can sleep up to 6 people but anyone over 2 guest will be an extra $25 per person. Each extra car will be an extra $10 per night.
