Also has an open plan to dining room with a counter to sit or serve at. Dining room table seats 8. Master bath en suite in master bedroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs bedrooms are carpeted. Downstairs has a third bedroom with Queen Murphy bed/ office, bath, laundry, oversized 2 car garage/ workshop/ with a Brunswick billiard table and has a door to access the 3rd bedroom and a door to access the interior stairs. Also has an automatic garage door in rear of garage for lawn mowers, etc. Lake access via a canal located across the street. No smoking. Renters pay all utilities: water, electric. House is on a septic system. Renter responsible for lawn maintenance. Two dogs under 10 pounds allowed. Must not be a "dangerous" breed. $25/ a month / pet fee. Unneeded furnishings can be removed by landlord. Renter's insurance highly recommended.
