There is a private minifridge and microwave in the room too, aside from the large fridge and microwave in the shared full kitchen. In the room, there is also a table and chair to study or work, etc. There is a ceiling fan and AC unit in all rooms to keep the house to keep cool. The rest of the living room is shared as well as kitchen and full bathroom. There is a table in the common living room which is shared by two other ladies in the room. The house is located near Kapahulu Ave. Next to the ala wai golf course. Safeway/grocery shopping, food/restaurants etc are very close (2 min walk). The bus stop is right in front of the house. Walking to beach is only 15 min. Perfect for beach lovers! ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED (Eletricity, Wifi, Water, Laundry,...)
