With 190 m of living space and the 126 m pool area, this villa offers enough space for 4 people. The living area is divided into 3 bedrooms (2 with private TV), 2 bathrooms and a large living / dining area overlooking the pool and lanai. This is oriented to the west, which allows you to enjoy the sun throughout the day. Due to the location directly on the canal, you have a wonderful view at any time. The sun loungers provide ample opportunity to relax. A gas grill is of course available for our guests, so you can already look forward to cozy BBQ evenings. The living area including the kitchen is open plan, the whole villa convinces with its bright and modern style. The master bedroom with king size bed is a bathroom en suite, so it has its own directly adjacent bathroom. For the 2 other bedrooms our guests have the choice between a double bed or 2 single beds. A private bathroom is available for these rooms. The dock is equipped with a lift for pontoon boats and is located on a saltwater channel with access to the river or gulf. Of course, it is also possible to moor boats of another type on the outside of the dock. Smoking is not allowed in this villa. Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed.
