With full-size appliances, in-unit laundry, and a shared outdoor space, this studio is a perfect little Flagstaff getaway. A queen-sized bed and a pull-out twin sofa make this the perfect spot for two people. There is a portable AC unit in the home that will cool it down in the summertime. This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip. The backyard is a shared space with the main house. Absolutely no smoking on the premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home, there will be an automatic $350 charge. Bi-weekly groundskeeping is performed at this home on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month. A rental agreement must be signed after booking is complete.
