Looking for 1 housemate only. Property is a shared household with the owner. Renting out 2 beds for $1100. One larger bed and 1 medium/smaller one. Sleep in one and use the other as an office/den, etc. Since it is shared space, it's important we meet first to determine if it's going to be a good fit for both parties involved. Do not submit an application first. I'll consider a dog as there is a fenced yard and a dog run. I have cats, so not sure another kitty would work, but possibly with the right one. House is off 18th Ave S. and 30th St. S., St. Pete Split most utilities. $750 deposit. Month-to-month tenancy.
