THE RENT PRICE IS FOR BOTH PEOPLE TOTAL. BOTH RENTER S WILL PAY THEIR OWN $619 RENT The entire apartment is open! This place is great! I m only moving out, because I got a job out of town. My brother and I loved living it. It is definitely one of the nicest complexes in Huntsville. I love the valet trash pick up, the pool is absolutely gorgeous, and the apartment is a great size for two. I used the shuttle to get to class almost everyday, it runs back and forth every 15 minutes. It also has a relatively large balcony which I loved, because I could keep all of my plants on it. It is already furnished which was great to not have to go out and spend tons on furniture. The staff is very helpful and kind. Oh, and there is standing tanning beds This place is great. * Both rooms are open* *Only taking pairs of renter s to fill both empty rooms* *Will be subletting through myself and The Forum management with contract* The renter s insurance I use is $12.50 My average utility bill is $40 Owner pays for utilities and renter s insurance
