This studio is set in a friendly neighborhood close to (amazing) hiking trails (.7 mile to Tennessee Valley beach trail head), Good Earth Natural Foods, laundromats, shopping and restaurants. It has quick access to Highway 101, and short commute to San Francisco. The peaceful studio is bordered by forest service land. No smoking in unit or on surrounding property. Sorry, no pets. Monthly rent includes all utilities and monthly cleaning
