Near toll roads, I4 and most major theme parks. Very quiet neighborhood. Applicant must have verifiable income and references. Deposit is $350 along with 1st months rent. We can start off with a 3 month lease to see if everyone gets along. If everything goes well we continue with a year lease. This way if things don't go well noone is stuck in a bad situation for an entire year.
