Bedrooms & Bathrooms Queen Anne's Ridge comfortably sleeps up to four guests in two dreamy bedrooms: Queen Anne's Suite (Master Bedroom): Wake up to the sweeping views over the valley in this serene room featuring a queen bed, walk-in closet, Roku TV, and en-suite bathroom. The sunsets here are magical best enjoyed from bed, windows open, with a breeze coming through. The Magnolia Suite: Cozy and romantic, this bedroom features a chateau-style queen bed, high-quality linens, and (you guessed it) stunning views of the sunset each evening from your bed. Things to Note: - There are stairs at both entrances, which may not be ideal for all guests Homeowner pays for pest control on the property as well as the garbage bill. Renter is responsible for the water and electric bill. The water bill typically ranges around $30 a month and the electric bill is typically $115 a month. An internet hookup is available through Farmers Telecommunication for $85 a month. The internet can be kept in the owners name if the renter would like to avoid set up fees. The internet fee would then be added onto the monthly rent. Minimum lease term is 6 months. This can be increased based on your needs. A refundable deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing and the first month's rent is due 2 days before check-in. This is a strictly NO SMOKING home and property. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Pets must be under 25 pounds. A refundable pet deposit is collected at the time of signing of $300. This is to cover any accidental damage caused by the pet(s). Pet rent is $75 a month. Renter is required to have renters insurance, including liability coverage and medical coverage; it is optional if they want to include contents coverage. Homeowner must be listed as an additional interest on the policy so they may be notified of significant changes to the policy during the lease term, most notably if the policy is canceled. This does not allow the owner to make any changes to the policy and should not cost anything additional on your policy.
