Lovely neighborhood! West of the campus away from undergraduates/parties on the east part of town. It has 1 bathroom/2 bedrooms with a washer and dryer in the unfinished basement. You can easily walk to the downtown area for great food and entertainment but far enough away to be in a peaceful setting. The house will be available by Sept 1st. Just drive on by and look!
