Support team: John D is the maintenance and property manager and Harrison D is the landscaper, two amiable and accessible guys. Friendly neighbors are also helpful. Key safety and greening features. The two-room basement has a state-of-the-art perimeter drain tile system that prevents water entry in even the most extreme wet weather. This spring I certified the house with the city of Ann Arbor as green compliant and am developing on ongoing greening plan for the property. RENTAL PROCESS: Prospective tenants should speak to me by phone/Zoom first between listing date (March 30) and showing weekend (April 11-12) to see if the house is right for you. If so, I will make an appointment with you for the weekend, 9am-4pm. Please prioritize by making sure at least one person in your party can be there in person that weekend.
