We are looking for a month of rent worth of security deposit, and may run a background check. The lease duration is a year but is subject to termination with violations. The complex has a noise ordinance that starts at 11pm otherwise there will be a fine with each noise complaint. Utilities such as electric and internet is on the responsibility of the tenant. Any damage to the floors, walls, etc. that was not already there will fall back on the tenant.
