I grew up in this house and I enjoyed it thoroughly as a kid. The Germantown school is right across the street and it would take just a minute to walk to school. The field and all the equipment is available at all times to play on. Admiral Heights is also within walking distance - many families with kids live there. The Naval Academy stadium is right around the corner within 2 minutes walking. There is a great walking trail there for the Moms and Dads . Just a very friendly, homey and safe neighborhood!!
