Looking for a roommate for my furnished 2 bedroom-I am renting out the separate bedroom below on the main floor and my bedroom is upstairs in the loft. It's located on a quiet residential street yet a 5 minute walk to Abbot Kinney, the beach, boardwalk, canals and Main Street and a short bike ride to the marina, pier and promenade. There is a spacious patio and courtyard with tables and seating area, lots of plants and hammocks under a huge avocado tree with room for bikes and surfboards. There is a nice amount of sunlight with big windows, plenty of closet space and an ocean breeze. The building itself is the oldest apartment building in Venice built in 1908 and has a lot of unique charm and hardwood floors. There is street parking but free and permits are not required-public transportation is also very easy here. I am looking for a professional person who is respectful of the space and the neighbors.
