LOTS! the location is awesome, the house charming, with brick curved walks and perrenial flowers out, both a carport AND a garage, a large living room, hard wood floors, easy to work in (and eat in) kitchen, windows on all four sides for breezes, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, newly redone bathroom (for me: I lived there for 5 years) on demand water heater, gas stove, cool washer and dryer, mudroom, and easy walk to campus, downtown Urbana, buses, restaurants, grocery stores, even Carle. I loved living there. Cat ok for $20 more a month. Tenant pays uitlities and services
