I'm looking for a roommate, offering a spacious and clean room in a 2 bedroom condo, one story, nobody above or below, located in a small quiet complex in Mesa, University and Dobson. Close to shopping, ASU (3.7 mi) and MCC (2.7 mi), walking distance to the metro light rail (takes about 11 minutes to get to ASU campus) and buses, available now. You will have a very clean, furnished bedroom with 2 large closets, own private bathroom and other furnished rooms for use, full kitchen, full size washer and dryer, TV, high speed internet, BBQ, covered patio, community pool and covered parking just outside the front door. Rent is $450 per month and ? of the electricity bill (during summer max around $50), everything else is included. I am a straight 24 year old male, working and going to college, easy to get along and I am looking for someone longer term (at least 6 months with a lease), male or female preferably closer to my age, who is friendly, responsible, easy going, quiet and clean. No smoking inside, no drugs, moderate alcohol is ok, no laud parties or overnight guests. I have a little dog, so I cannot accept someone with pets. I will respect your space, property, and privacy, and I expect the same. I would need the first month's rent and a refundable security deposit prior to move in. I also require you to fill out a standard rent application, which I can provide, as well as a full credit report. If posting is up room is available.
