The unit comes with a comfortable Murphy style bed (full size), a desk/ storage area underneath the TV, full size kitchen appliances and in unit laundry. It also has a small balcony that over looks downtown Fort Collins. It is in a prime location near CSU and old town. The rent cost includes everything (water, TV, trash, cable, WiFi). The only bill is electricity and it has consistently been around 35 dollars for summer and winter! Pets are allowed with a pet deposit or a ESA letter. Parking is very available all around the block and in front of the building. There is also a gym and extensive bike storage in the building. I am subletting this unit for the remainder of the lease December 2020-July 31st, 2021. If interested we would go through the apartment complex and transfer the remainder on the lease to a new name.
