I am looking for an individual to take over my lease in large studio apartment located near Washington park. It is truly and great apartment and I am sad to have leave it so soon. Please note that this is quite a large studio, it is roughly 800 square feet and features a number of amenities. It is located a block away from UAlbany's downtown campus and it is also a mile away from Albany Law School, Albany Medical College, Albany College of Pharmacy, St. Rose College, and Russell Sage College. The apartment has both hardwood and tiled floors. The kitchen has upgraded appliances including a fridge, dishwasher, double-oven stove, and microwave/range. The unit also has an energy efficient A/C unit and a 46? smart TV mounted on an arm. Washers and dryers are available and I should mention the landlord, Bob, is a great. He is always responsive and makes sure any issues are resolved in a timely manner. The lease will go from January 1st to July 31st and rent is $925 a month. Also, we can discuss an early move-in date for December. Hot water is included in the rent and the other utility bills are very reasonable. Pets are allowed upon approval.
