They are located inside the garage with independent entrance. Also it includes a fenced back yard of 1300 sq ft (lawn mowing included in the rental price). The AC thermostat is located in the main house. The kitchen includes a new refrigerator and a 2 top stove (not a full appliance) with new kitchen cabinets and lot of space for storage. Owner pays electricity, water, and mowing lawn. Also, wifi is included. Renter's needs to take good care of the property as this is a brand new apartment. If pets, requires a $250 deposit to cover for incidentals, please pick up dog waste daily. Back yard is fenced and separate from the main house. Dog needs to be well behaved, no excessive barking and no aggressive dogs. We have a well behaved doodle. No smoking allowed in the property including backyard. 12 month lease with 2 month notice of departure.
