Imagine being far from home and not having to worry about furnishing your new home and being able to focus on expanding your education. This may be the most beautifully renovated home in the midtown area. It was originally renovated for a family member and their family, but plans changed. It will be furnished with higher end furniture and higher end appliances. There is a 52 LG TV, a sitting area for dressing, relaxing or reading with a remote-control king-size bed. Bathroom has a new tub, vanity and ample storage. There is also a skylight in this room allowing even more natural light into the second floor. Heated floors are also a special treat in this bathroom. Now let's head to the basement where we find another area set up with a 65" Sony TV with a 2nd Bose system. Ample seating throughout this area. Behind this area sits a wet bar that includes sink, microwave, full size LG refrigerator and a wine refrigerator. Ceilings are eight foot high in the entire basement. Then we will find the bedroom #4 a full-size conforming bedroom with a remote-control queen size bed, 52 LG TV and a private door into the basement bath. The basement bath is the largest of the baths also featuring heated floors and a second door that leads to the rec room area. LG washer and dryer are located near the bathroom and there's a clothes shoot in the laundry room so no one has to carry their clothes to the basement. The home is set up with a 75-gallon water heater to avoid anyone having a cold shower. There is also a water softener in this home. There is a room we call the Costco Room built to handle those overflow item purchased in bulk. This room also has a full-size stand-up freezer. There are custom Hunter Douglas window coverings on all windows in the home. Now let's see what is waiting outside. The front porch has a table and two chairs for that relaxing time alone or to enjoy a cup of coffee and say hi to the neighbors as they walk by. There are power outlets on the porch as well. There is also a ceiling fan on the front porch to allow for air circulation on those warm days. The back yard is meant to be an area of relaxation oasis. Behind the custom-built gates and fence is a gas fire pit, gas grill, multiple chairs, tables and sitting areas on the reclaimed brick paver patio. Landlord lives 1 block from this home and is only a phone call away if the need arises. It is better to call and leave a DETAILED MESSAGE because I don't always have access to email. It may take me up to 24 hours to return phone calls because I'm not always able to carry this phone with me. Experience tells me the more you are able to tell me in a voice mail the better as I will often have a flood of calls to return. I will begin showing this house immediately but the lease cannot begin until June 1st 2025, after I fulfill my commitment to some traveling nurses who will be there through May. I am willing to hold it past June 1 for the right group of candidates. I live less than 1 block away, in my childhood home. Over the years I have invested in 15 homes within 2 blocks of this home. My tenants include many young professionals or grad students. Your neighbors will actually be my long-term tenants. The neighborhood is exciting and vibrant with many good things to come.
