Walkable to shops on Oakland and UWM and a short bike ride to Riverwest, Shorewood, the beer gardens, or the rest of the East Side. You can hop on the Oak Leaf for biking or running right in the neighborhood. Also 1 block from the Green Line bus (a quick ride to downtown, the Third Ward, Bay View, the airport, Shorewood, etc.). Street parking is plentiful with a resident permit (you'll never have to search for a spot).
