We rent each room out individually. 2 of the rooms have private bathrooms, and the other 10 have shared bathrooms. There are 2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, 3 separate entrances and more! We cater to the traveling professional who is looking for a convenient location with a "hotel type" model, but has the comforts of a home! We provide everything you need for your stay. Just bring your clothes and food. This charming shared house is the perfect place for traveling professionals to call home. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it offers a peaceful and private retreat. You get your own private bathroom with this room! This room is located in the main level of the home. The room is close to the main kitchen that you'll be using. You will have access to 1 of the kitchens and 1 laundry room. The kitchen is fulling stocked with everything you need to cook and prepare meals. Just bring your food! Our cleaning staff does weekly cleanings of all the common spaces. We take cleaning very seriously. We want your spaces to always be clean for you! We rent by the month only. You must agree and sign the house rules when making the reservation. We do reservations from 1 month up to 6 months.
