Walk to the local farmers market, multiple breweries, coffee spots, cafe's and restaurants! 5 min to Little Creek naval base, 10 min to Norfolk naval base, 20 min to Oceana and Portsmouth naval facilities, and 35 minutes to Dam Neck naval base. Close to hospitals and airport. Landlord is very accommodating and home/rooms can be rented furnished or empty! Landlord pays for yard maintenance, and utilities such as water, sewage, gas, electric, trash, and WiFi. One simple monthly rent payment! Tenant must acquire rent insurance to cover themselves and their pets in event of injury. Landlord must be listed as an "interested party" and see proof of insurance prior to first day of rent. Landlord must meet and approve any pets. Pet fee: $50 per month per pet No smoking inside property! This is an immediate loss of the entire deposit due to the cost of cleaning/painting to remove the smell. Property can be furnished or empty depending on the renters needs.
