Hello! I'm currently looking for someone to sublease an apartment to. Its a 4x4 D3 plan at SOVA in Kennesaw, GA. The rent is 1,055$/Month plus any extra costs like "reserved parking". It's Pet Friendly and one of the roommates has a cat. There are 3 girls in the apartment. All Utilities and Internet are included in the rent cost. The amenities include; stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, living room tv, quartz counttertops, and a large kitchen & pantry. They have a pool, gym, social, and study area in the building free to use! The social area also has a Starbucks machine! Its a 5 min drive from KSU and is on the OWL Bus Route. Its also 1-10 mins away from any food, shopping, or entertainment on Barrett Parkway. It is also 5 mins away from Town Center at Cobb Mall. You need to go through a background check, possibly have a guareentor, and have them go through the background check as well. Smoking is prohibited, no criminal activity especially with drugs and/or alcohol, and keep good conduct
