The air conditioning and kitchen stove used to run of gas, however, both were converted to fully electrical. The house has plenty of space indoors and outdoors, the property also is fenced in. Renters pay the utilities which are water and electricity. Pets are fine however a 200$ nonrefundable fee will be charged. First lease will be for a year from then the renter and landlord can work out long-term or short-term lease. The yard is to be cut by the renters.
