1900's single two story family home in Longfellow. Room available for rent August 1st in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 2 other roommates, 2 cats, and a dog(german shepherd). Located in the Longfellow neighborhood right off Lake Street. Looking to rent to a female, preferably pet-free. Utilities are split 3 ways. On average utilities/internet are about $150/month The room is about 12x16. Its the largest room in the home. Plenty of street parking and a space available in back. My name is Angie and I now own the home after many years of renting from my parents. I'm a 40 year old female. I work more than full time at a group home. Because i work overnights and many hours, im mostly gone from sunday-thursdays. Plus in the summer, i am out and about or traveling. I also enjoy hosting my friends over from time to time. Michelle is in her early thirties. She works as a flight attendant and is often gone for 12 plus hours at a time. She has 2 sweet cats, but they are shy and timid so I do not see them much. It doesnt help that when im home so is my dog, Reno and they are still afraid of him. Reno is 10 years old.
