Private room and bath available in 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse in Westminster. The move in date is flexible with my current tenant. This room has a good amount of closet space and natural lighting and closet space. The two rooms do not share a wall. They are divided by a hallway which provides extra privacy. In the back is a nice little patio perfect for a summer BBQ or small gathering. The house has a basement and closet downstairs for extra storage. A washer and dryer is in unit. The complex also has a pool that should be opening for the summer. Everything you need is within a 10 minute drive. Overall this is a friendly and quiet neighborhood. I'm in my early 30s. I have the typical early to bed and early to rise schedule during the week. I'm looking for someone with a similar schedule. I don't consider myself a neat freak, but I put in effort to keep the house clean and expect the same in return. In my downtime I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, camping, snowboarding, dirt biking, etc. I also have a chocolate lab.
