We are closing on a condo in May, and are looking for someone to take over the remainder of our lease through August 31st at $1560 with the option to extend at signing an additional 12 months at $1600. The apartment is in a beautiful location near the border of Lakeview/Lincoln Park. It's a 5 minute walk to the Belmont, and Wellington "El" stops, close enough to Wrigley to walk to any game and far enough to avoid the crowds. Hardwood floors all throughout, high ceilings, large windows, an enormous attic for extra storage or living space and a shared outdoor patio. There is laundry on site for $2.75 to wash and dry. There is permit parking on the street which is super cheap and very easy to find a spot. Cats are allowed. Rent includes water, you pay gas and electric. The company runs a $30 per person credit/background check and a one time move-in fee of either $300 per person or $500, whichever of the two is lower.
