Centrally located near The Shops of Avondale, Park and King Entertainment District, 5 Points, Publix Supermarket, the Roosevelt Square Shopping Center, St. Vincent's Medical Center, Baptist Hospital, Downtown Jacksonville, and Naval Air Station Jacksonville. One year lease term minimum. Potential residents will use the Zillow application system and pay their fee to them. The only extra fee we charge is a one time $250 fee for a pet.
