The home is conveniently located with easy access to 71 and 35. It's not far from the airport and is also only ~10 mins to downtown. It's the 2nd to last house at the end of a quiet dead-end street and there are no neighbors behind. I'll be leaving a 100" electric projection screen (goes up/down automatically via remote) with 1080HD BenQ projector and 5.1 Polk Audio surround sound home theater with 2 front tower speakers, 2 back wall-mounted speakers, 1 center speaker, and 1 subwoofer. You can see the projector screen down/up in photos #8 & 9. There's also room to put a TV behind the projector screen (above the fireplace) so you can have the best of both worlds!
