No smoking inside. Pets are allowed upon review and with an added pet maintenance fee. 12 month lease preferred and month to month after that. Renter pays utilities, wifi etc. If renter needs to move out early, renter is responsible for finding replacement and forfeit security deposit , renter must continue to pay lease until end of lease or replacement is found.
