The main house is a 1 bed /1 bath, a modern kitchen with new appliances, open living and dining areas, a large bedroom with a walk in closet and AC. The ADU is a studio that can be used as a working space, extra bedroom or guest house with a full bathroom. The two spaces share an airy plant filled courtyard, and a backyard that terrace upwards with a flat shaded area that has views of Elysian and downtown. There is a detached garage, possible for a very small car but more comfortable for extra storage. Plenty of street parking out front and no street cleaning. Washer and dryer on site. About This Lister My husband and I are both freelancers in film/commercial industry, often splitting our time between NY and LA. We've been in Mt Washington since 2015 and absolute love the neighborhood - I love the sunset strolls through the winding, hilly streets and the morning walks down to Loquat for coffee. We enjoy traveling, being in nature and a good Photo Booth opportunity :) Our preference is for a year+, unfurnished, but we are open to other terms
