No smoking, vaping or pets. - Conveniently located near various hospitals and medical centers including Kaiser Permanente, CHOC Children's Hospital, St. Joseph Hospital, St. Jude Hospital, and UCI Medical Center. - Bedrooms feature a memory foam mattress, comfy pillows and darkening curtains for an amazing comfortable rest! - Close proximity to shopping centers and a variety of dining options including Sam's Club, Sam's Gas, Kohl's, PetCo, Starbucks, and many more. - Minutes away from major attractions including Disneyland, Downtown Disney, Knott's Berry Farm, Angel Stadium, Honda Center, Anaheim Convention Center, and The Block. -Local beaches including Newport Beach and Huntington Beach are a short drive away. Tenant is expected to be mindful of quiet hours from 8:00 pm to 7 am as we are in a quiet residential neighborhood. Managed by Jesse 30 day minimum stay Application process will include income, credit, eviction, and criminal verification Must pass background check Credit score of 600 or above No prior evictions or criminal record 3x monthly gross income Everyone over 18 needs to be on lease and perform checks Renter's insurance is required with a coverage of at least $300,000 (1 year leases only) Set dates will be needed to write up a lease. A 15 day's notice is required, if you need to cancel. RentRedi is used to process applications and collect payments. Screening to be performed at a cost of $50 to the guest. The deposit and move in fee are due at signing the lease. Cancelations within 1-3 day of arrival will result in a deposit forfeit. First rent is due 3 days before arrival and the first of the month going forward. First month's rent will be prorated based on your arrival date (as needed) Other Charges: No smoking or vaping indoors and outdoors. No illegal substances. A charge of $200 per day for unauthorized smoking or vaping. A charge of $200 per day for unauthorized pets. No overnight visitors are permitted which are not listed on the lease.
