Handpicked neighbors. This is month -to -month rental agreement though we will ask that you intend to stay long term. Street parking is available. Pets are possible though I like to meet the animal first. A pet deposit of 500.00 EACH pet is nonnegotiable. The house is small so 1 pet would be ideal. NO SMOKING ANYTHING inside the house. Utilities are the renter's responsibility. Upkeep of the yard is renter's responsibility.
