It does not have a garage, but off street parking. Renters pay for electric and water bills. We also sign a one year lease. Renters are required to carry renters insurance and have to show proof of insurance. Renters are in charge of keeping the place clean inside and out. Renters are responsible for lawn care, mowing and weed eating. Renters are responsible for changing furnace filters and making sure, water softener salt is in water softener at all times.
